Senior Marketing/Proposal Specialist - Boston, MA

We have a great opportunity for an AEC marketer! In this role, you will  lead the pursuit process, communicate effectively and produce high quality work in a deadline driven environment.  Specifically, you will create high-impact proposals, presentations and qualifications statements for public sector and private clients. This position will also update and maintain all corporate marketing materials.  Prior experience in the AEC industry and developing RFP responses desired.

Project Surveyor - Boston, MA

10+ years of experience, field and office. Must be proficient in use of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010-2014. Must be able to analyze Survey data and prepare CAD drawings from field data and property and utilities records. Reduction of GPS data and Geodetic Survey data as well as exposure to Laser Scan data beneficial. Strong background in construction calculations required.  Must be able to work independently with input from Senior Project Surveyor.  Must be organized and a good communicator. SIT a plus

Survey Party Chief- Lincoln, RI

5+ years of experience. Will supervise other members on the survey crew in gathering field survey data and providing construction layout through the use of conventional and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) methods. The position will entail review of real estate documents, including plans and records as well as construction plans in order to perform boundary,  topographic, right-of way, acquisition and construction stakeout surveys for utility, transportation and building projects. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check and drug test.  Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010-2014 a plus.

1+ years of experience. Office Assistant - Boston, MA

Based in our Boston, MA office, the Office Assistant will provide general office support and perform a variety of clerical activities in support of multiple offices.  He/She will be responsible for greeting guests, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, filing and preparing supply requisitions, as well as additional clerical duties.

Construction Inspector - Landover, MD (Contract)

The Construction Inspector will be a key member of the Bryant Construction Management Team in our Landover, MD office, where he/she will inspect job sites for a wide range of public and private sector clients, to enable their successful completion. Work will be done in support of our multi-disciplinary Survey, Engineering (Site/Civil, Structural and Traffic) and Construction Management firm.  He/She will perform on-site inspection of utility piping, concrete, hand rail, etc. for a one-year period.  Work is carried out with considerable independence and requires thorough knowledge of appropriate construction practices and codes.
