District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority

Construction Management 4C | Construction Managment 4D | Construction Management 4E

Since 2004, Bryant has overseen complex, multi-million dollar task-orders for the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water), on their Construction Management contracts to overhaul their CSO facilities as well as water and wastewater pipes through new technologies.

Being a CM leader for DC Water, Bryant has engaged in over 40 task orders and has delivered on-time and within schedule on all of them regardless of their complexity and tight scheduling.

Under the newest contract CM4E, which will implement critical improvements to DC Water’s distribution and sewer collection systems, Bryant will be overseeing various projects from reservoir ventilation improvements at the Brentwood Reservoir to restoration of the Pope Branch Stream.
