Bryant Associates - Resident Inspection

Resident Inspection

Resident Inspectors are regularly assigned to construction projects. Inspectors save client's money by being available to answer contractor's questions in a timely manner and to review the contractor's work to assure it is meeting the intent of construction documents. We assure the project is being constructed per the contract documents by site visits, shop drawing review, change orders review and documentation, and documenting via pictures and reports. On major projects, Bryant has full time inspectors assigned for the full duration of the project.

Because Bryant has multiple disciplines on staff our Resident Inspectors have access to a diverse knowledge base. Having a number of inspectors on staff allows Bryant to assign the same inspector to a project from start to finish. Bryant has assigned Resident Inspectors on various projects including:
  • Site development projects such as prisons, water treatment plants, residental/commercial developments and college campus facilities.

  • Utility rehabilitation and installation projects. Many of these projects include in-situ repair methods.

  • Parks and recreation facilities. Both Engineers and Landscape Architects are utilized depending on the project.

  • Roadway and bridge repair; reconstruction and new construction.
