As Office Manager of our Syracuse office, Jeff oversees projects from inception to completion – providing supervision, management, scheduling oversight and quality assurance/quality control on every project.

Jeff is also a dynamic Project Manager with four decades of experience in survey, design, environmental assessments and construction of various civil, transportation and multi-discipline projects. He specializes in design-build, bridge rehabilitation/replacement, highway reconstruction, sanitary/storm sewer systems and water distribution systems and strives to use sustainable design in every project he is involved in. A key role that Jeff takes on is public involvement; he has written and delivered technical presentations at various public information meetings and formal hearings on various projects for clients including the New York State Department of Transportation.

Jeff is active in multiple professional organizations including the American Society of Highway Engineers, New York State Association of Transportation Engineers, American Public Works Association and the New York State County Highway Superintendents Association. He is very familiar with local agencies including the City of Syracuse, Onondaga County, Cayuga County, Oswego County, and various NYSDOT Regions and NYS Thruway Divisions.


What made you want to become an engineer/surveyor?

“Growing up my best friend’s father was a surveyor and his older brother was an engineer so I became a PE, LS.”

What is your favorite project you’ve worked on & why?

“The most memorable project I can think of was the survey mapping and ROW mapping to run the new power lines to Lake Placid, New York for the 1980 Winter Olympics.”

What’s something you enjoy doing on your day off?

“Taking a ride up into the Adirondack Mountains in the Corvette.”
