Gary and has over 30 years of national and global experience in the field of civil engineering. His extensive expertise for both the public and private sectors includes government service as a public official and owning an engineering firm performing services for municipalities and utility companies along with commercial and residential clients.

As Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations, Gary oversees projects from inception to completion and provides project supervision and management, scheduling, budgetary, professional staff supervision and quality assurance/quality control.

With an in-depth understanding of the water and wastewater industry, Gary specializes in analyzing systems to ascertain and identify data gaps and efficiency/inefficiency points to determine the most appropriate protocols, procedures, policies, equipment, and products. Gary’s work at Bryant includes assisting clients in solving their unique issues by offering solutions specifically tailored to their needs.

Gary is actively involved in several industry organizations including the Society of American Military Engineers, Water Environment Federation, American Council of Engineering Companies (DC & MD chapters), Maryland-Washington Minority Companies Association and the American Water Resource Association. He is also on the board with the Chesapeake Water Environment Association.
