Karen started working at Bryant Associates in 1986 after deciding she wanted to work at a minority-owned firm.
She began her career at Bryant as a staff accountant, advanced through the years, and was eventually promoted to her current role as Director of Administration and Finance. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of human resources; she also oversees the accounting and administration departments and works closely on the firm’s information technology needs.
