Karen started working at Bryant Associates in 1986 after deciding she wanted to work at a minority-owned firm.
She began her career at Bryant as a staff accountant, and advanced through progressive leadership roles, ultimately serving as Director of Administration & Finance before assuming her current position as President. Her primary responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership, overseeing all facets of the organization including business development, client relations and organizational growth. Her leadership is marked by a focus on operational excellence, fiscal integrity and fostering a collaborative, high performing culture.
