135 Dudley Street Development – Boston, MA
Bryant is working with Cruz Development’s design team to obtain preliminary approval from the Boston Planning and Development Agency for a new project at 135 Dudley Street in the Roxbury section of the city. This new development includes a nine-story condominium building and five-story rental-unit building which are connected via a two-level parking garage. Once completed, the buildings will provide low-income housing and dedicated office space for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. For this urban renewal project in the heart of Dudley Square, Bryant is providing civil/site permitting services for the construction of approximately 346,716 GSF of floor area, including the at-grade parking garage.
