As Bryant’s Transportation Director, Todd combines his skills and industry knowledge to lead our traffic and highway projects.

He is a civil engineer with 20 years of experience in the design and project management of roadway construction, highway rehabilitation and renovation, bridge approach roadways and urban intersections. Todd’s expertise in the area of traffic engineering includes the study and design of traffic projects, including traffic signals and roundabouts, as well as the preparation of traffic and parking impact analyses for proposed residential, commercial, institutional and industrial developments. He also serves as Director of Operations for our Rhode Island office where he is responsible for project assignments and scheduling, professional staff supervision and quality assurance /quality control.

Todd is active in professional organizations including the Rhode Island chapters of the Institute Transportation Engineers, the Intelligent Transportation Society and serves as an officer of the Executive Board for the Providence Engineering Society.

What is your favorite project you’ve worked on & why?

“My favorite project is the Roundabout in Tiverton, RI. It’s a good feeling to see a project that provides improved safety and operations, especially in the town where I grew up in. It was challenging due to the accelerated schedule and the numerous stakeholders involved, but very rewarding to see the project as it came together.”

What made you want to become an engineer/surveyor?

“I have always had an affinity and talent with math. Tying this in with the desire to see actual outcomes of my labors led me to become a civil engineer.”
